Account Issues

How do I start an account?
When you open Your Move Board Games for the first time, you will be greeted with the login screen. Press the orange "start playing!" button near the bottom of the screen to auto-generate your account. The system will create a username and password for you, which you can later customize in the User Settings panel under Settings.

How do I log out of my account?
From the User Settings panel, tap the “Sign out…” link in the lower left corner. Just remember to take note of your username and password first so you can sign back in! 

Forgot Password
If you are unable to access your account and you had included your email address on your account, you can have your password resent to you from the Your Move Board Games sign on screen. Click on the "I forgot my login info" link in the lower left corner and enter the email address associated with your account. Please be sure to check your spam inbox if you do not receive the email!

If you can access User Settings from within the app, you can enter a new password in the password box and then tap the green checkmark button to save. 

Change Username
Go to User Settings and then tap your current username. Change it to whatever you like as long as the username isn’t already taken!

Change Password
Go to User Settings and then delete your current password and choose a new password. Verify your new password in the second field and tap the green checkmark button to save.
